Ground Weather Radar
Design and manufacturing of a ground weather radar and accompanying operation cabin, and radom including: Researching and analyzing similar products Designing a ready-to-build model considering the available resources Analyzing the product's response to a composed list of feasible working scenarios (Loadings, Vibrations, Thermal) Inspection of the manufacturing processes, including preparation of required welding documents and inspections
Aviation LR Units
Design and manufacturing of modern aviation LR units of various types, upgrading the previous versions, including: Incorporating a modular design to facilitate repair, replacement, and ease of operation Analyzing the products' response to random vibrations as per MIL-STD Analyzing internal and external heat transfer responses of electronic parts
Vehicle Structural Analysis
A full-scope structural analysis including: Frequency and modal analysis Modal analysis considering imperfections Strength analysis and contributing mode shapes System elements analysis (Bolts, Bearings, Motors...) in the form of FOS Shock and shock sensitivity analysis Fatigue analysis and critical elements life prediction considering mode shape contributions
Radar Units
Design and development of different types of radar units, including elements such as SSPA, Pre-AMP, Processing Units, MIU, Waveguide Systems, Transiever units... Radar units are fitted with elevation and azimuth movement mechanisms per requirement.

I’m Hooman,
I am a mechanical engineer working in research and development, with experience spanning the complete engineering cycle—from technical research and conceptual design to structural analysis and manufacturing. My work focuses on developing reliable mechanical structures by combining practical engineering judgment with analytical and simulation-based approaches.
Mechanical engineering, for me, is about more than designing components—it is about understanding how a complete system must perform, turning engineering challenges into practical and manufacturable solutions, and a multidisciplinary involvement to approach projects with a comprehensive understanding of both design requirements and production constraints.
